PeRoBa is now an AIAG member! What does that mean for our clients?

The automotive industry is undergoing rapid changes: new technologies, complex supply chains, and increasing requirements on high quality and sustainability are shaping the market. PeRoBa Unternehmensberatung (Management Consultancy) GmbH has become an official member of the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) in order to provide our clients with even better support.

What is the AIAG?

The automotive industry is constantly facing new challenges, ranging from digital transformation to sustainability requirements to global supply chain risks. The AIAG is an international non-profit organization, which brings OEMs, suppliers, service providers, government agencies and authorities, and academic institutions together. It is aimed at optimizing processes, developing standards, and making the automotive industry more efficient.

Why is that important for our clients?

Our AIAG membership provides us with direct access to the newest industry standards, best practices, and developments within the automotive industry, resulting in the following advantages for you:

– Current first-hand knowledge – we will always stay up to date and put the know-how we gain to good use during our consultations.

Therefore, our clients will stand to gain from our even more thorough approach to consultations, which will be oriented toward the requirements of the automotive industry. 

We signed up for membership at the end of February 2025 – and this is one more step we took in order to support our clients optimally.

PeRoBa Unternehmensberatung GmbH (PeRoBa Management Consultancy, LLC) is one of the leading impulse generators in the quality management department on a global scale. Its origins already date back to 1991. The company headquarters have been in Baldham since 2011, and there is also branch in Prinzregentenstraße, Munich. PeRoBa Unternehmensberatung (PeRoBa Management Consultancy) provides high-quality consultations, audits, and evaluations in order to support clients in introducing and implementing their management systems. On top of that, they also offer audits, QM training, seminars, and workshops.

Their innovative in-house software, the iVision® – Smart Remote Audit Solution had been on the market since January 2016 and complements our consulting portfolio.

The company’s founder and owner, Dr. Roland Scherb, PhD is an auditor, consultant, coach, and author. He is chairman of the German Federal Auditors’ Association  and an active member of the DIN e.V. working group as well as a lecturer with the TÜV-Academy.
