Dr. Roland Scherb assumed the leadership of the Kompetenzforum ISO-Zertifizierungen of the BVMW
We are happy to announce that Dr. Roland Scherb, the Managing Director of PeRoBa® Unternehmensberatung GmbH, assumed the leadership of the Kompetenzforum ISO-Zertifizierungen (Competence Forum for ISO Certifications) of the BVMW, the Bundesverband mittelständische Wirtschaft (the German Federal Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises), at the beginning of the year. In this position, Dr. Scherb will put his thorough expertise in the areas of quality management and certification processes to good use in order to support small and medium-sized enterprises with implementing and optimizing ISO standards.
The Kompetenzforum ISO-Zertifizierungen serves as a platform for sharing and exchanging best practices, current developments, and challenges around the topic of ISO certifications. It offers BVMW members the opportunity to benefit from well-founded expert knowledge and to enhance their competitive edge through certified management systems.
The Zukunftstag Mittelstand (the Future Day for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) of the BVMW, which is taking place at “Station Berlin” on April 9, 2025, will be one of the highlights of this year. The event has the motto “Werte & Wohlstand” (“Values & Wealth”), and it will be an excellent opportunity for expanding networks, sharing and exchanging knowledge, and helping actively shape the future of small and medium-sized enterprises. Dr. Scherb will represent the Kompetenzforum at the Zukunftstag, and he is looking forward to engaging in conversations with entrepreneurs.

(German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses) and a member of the DIN working committee NQSZ NA 147-00-07 GA on the revision of DIN EN ISO 19011. He is also a book author as well as a trainer and lecturer at renowned educational institutions on management systems and the associated core methods.
